How does page counting work?
Each plan includes a monthly page allowance. We count the pages you actually send and the pages you receive. A cover page counts as one page. Your running total resets at the start of every billing month, so you always start fresh.
What happens if I go over my page limit?
Nothing breaks. We will never cut you off mid-fax. If you go over, extra pages are billed at a simple flat per-page rate that we show you up front — no surprise fees. If you go over often, upgrading to the next plan is usually cheaper, and we will tell you when that is the case.
Can I add users or extra fax numbers?
Yes. You can add team members up to your plan's user limit at no extra cost, and add more fax numbers any time for a small flat monthly fee per number. If your team outgrows a plan, you can move up a tier whenever you like.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel from your account settings whenever you want, and you keep access through the end of the month you have already paid for.
