Me Fax Too is free for three months. You get the whole product — your own fax number, sending and receiving, up to 10 users — with no credit card required. It is a beta offer for small businesses in the United States and Canada, not a permanently free 3-page service.

What does “free” actually mean here?
It means three months of the real product at no cost, then a decision. It does not mean a forever-free tier.
Most results for “free online fax” are one of two things. Either a coupon-style service that sends a handful of pages with an advertisement stapled to the front, or a paid product with a token free tier attached to it. Both are useful. Neither is a business fax line.
Me Fax Too is the third thing: a full small-business fax service that is free while we are in beta. You get a real fax number that people can send to. You can receive. Your team can share it. When the three months end, nothing charges automatically.
Which free fax services are actually free?
Three are genuinely free with no card: FaxZero (3 pages, 5 faxes a day, their branding on your cover page), Fax.Plus Free (10 pages total, send only), and GotFreeFax. All three are send-only. None of them give you a number that can receive.

What is included in the free three months?
Everything the product does today. There is no reduced beta tier — you are using the same account a paying customer will use.
- Your own fax number, which you choose. Numbers are not auto-assigned. You sign up, activate the free beta, then pick your number from the available list.
- Sending and receiving. Incoming faxes land in an online inbox and trigger an email notification. Outgoing faxes are PDF only.
- Up to 10 users on one company account. Roles and per-user send permissions are included.
- Shared company-wide contacts. Add a recipient once; the whole team can fax them.
- Real-time delivery tracking. Queued, sending, delivered or failed on the way out; receiving and received on the way in.
- Email-to-Fax. Send from your email client when that is faster than opening the app.
- A shared page pool covering both inbound and outbound pages, with rollover — unused pages up to 50 carry over at each monthly anniversary, capped at 60 accumulated.
What happens when the three months end?
Nothing charges you. We did not take a card, so we cannot bill one. We will announce final pricing before your three months are up, and you decide from there.
Final pricing is not set yet, which is why you will not find a dollar figure for Me Fax Too anywhere on this site. What we can tell you about the intended shape: 10 users included, additional users at $2.79 per user per month, and one shared page pool for the company rather than per-seat page counts.
If you decide against us, export your faxes and go. Your documents are yours.
What Me Fax Too does not do
Read this before you sign up
- PDF only. You upload PDFs. We do not convert Word files, spreadsheets, or images for you. Print to PDF first.
- United States and Canada. Sending is limited to an operator-managed country list. That is the beta market.
- No mobile apps. Me Fax Too runs in a web browser. There is no iOS or Android app.
- No number porting. You cannot bring an existing fax number to us. If porting matters, look at Telnyx.
- Not HIPAA compliant. We are not a healthcare product and we do not sign BAAs. If you handle protected health information, use a vendor that offers one — Fax.Plus Enterprise ($79.99/mo) does.
- Admins can see company faxes. Sending is private from other users, but an account admin can see everything sent and received on the company account. If that is a problem, it is better to know now.
How do I start the free three months?
Sign up, activate the free beta, choose your fax number, and send. No credit card is requested at any step.
The number-choosing step is deliberate. Plenty of services hand you whatever number is next in their pool. Yours is going on letterhead and forms, so you pick it.
