To reveal a figure you have to operate a "Customize your fax plan" slider and set pages, users, and numbers. The Corporate tier does not price at all — it asks you to "speak with an expert." That design is deliberate, and it is not unusual in this category. It is also the single biggest reason people go looking for an eFax alternative. You cannot compare a vendor you cannot price, and you cannot put a number in next year's budget from a slider.

Our position is the opposite one. We tell you the shape of the plan before you sign up, we tell you what we do not do, and we tell you plainly that our final price is not set yet — because inventing one would be worse than admitting it.

With eFax, you cannot answer that question from the website. With Me Fax Too, eight people fit inside the 10 users included, so the seat cost is zero above the base plan — and during the beta the whole thing is free.

Run the exercise yourself. You have eight people: two partners, three account staff, an office manager, and two part-timers who fax twice a month. You want a single company account, not eight personal subscriptions.

The eFax path

Open efax.com/pricing and the tiers read "$ /mo". You drag the slider to 8 users, pick a page allowance you are guessing at, pick a number count, and only then does a figure appear. Change any input and the figure changes. There is no published per-user rate to multiply, so you cannot model what happens when you hire a ninth person without going back to the slider. That is not a scandal. It is a sales model. But it means an eight-person office cannot budget eFax in five minutes, and budgeting in five minutes is exactly what a small office wants to do.

The Me Fax Too path

Eight users is inside our included 10. There is no seat charge to calculate. The pages come out of one shared company pool that covers both what you send and what you receive, so you are not tracking eight individual allowances. If you grow past 10 people, the planned rate is $2.79 per additional user per month — a number you can multiply. Twelve people would be two extra seats, or $5.58 a month, or $66.96 a year, on top of whatever the base plan turns out to cost.

We are being straight about the gap: we cannot show you our final base price, because it is not decided. What we can show you is the structure, and the structure is the part that determines whether a team plan gets expensive as you grow.

Switching from eFax to Me Fax Too

There is no migration tool, and there is no number porting. Switching means starting a new number with us and running both services in parallel until your correspondents update their records.

1. Do not cancel eFax first. Start the free beta, get running, and keep eFax active while you transition. Three free months is enough runway to overlap comfortably.
2. Sign up and activate the beta. No credit card. You create a company account, not a personal one.
3. Choose your fax number. Numbers are not auto-assigned — you pick yours from the available list after activating. That is a deliberate step, not a delay.
4. Add your team. Up to 10 users on the company account. Set each person's role and decide who is allowed to send.
5. Load your shared contacts. Company-wide, so nobody re-types the same fax number twice.
6. Update where your fax number is printed. Invoices, forms, letterhead, your website, referral partners. This is the real work of switching and nothing can automate it.
7. Download your eFax history before you close the account. Old faxes do not come across. Export first.

Can I move my eFax number to Me Fax Too?

No. We do not offer number porting. You choose a new number from us and update your records. If keeping the number is non-negotiable, look at a carrier such as Telnyx that handles porting directly.

What files can I send?

PDF only. Most software can print to PDF, so in practice this is one extra step rather than a blocker — but we would rather say it than let you find out after signup.

How many users do I get?

Ten, on one shared company account, with per-user roles and send permissions. Additional users are planned at $2.79 per user per month. Note that company admins can see all company faxes, including ones marked private — that is by design, and we would rather you knew before you sign up.

What will Me Fax Too cost after the beta?

Not decided. The beta is free for three months with no credit card, and final pricing will be announced before your three months end. We are not going to print a price we might change.

Where can I fax from?

The beta covers the United States and Canada. Sending is limited to an operator-managed country list.
